Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was received. In such cases, we will provide instructions for return shipping at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders and items purchased through third-party retailers (such as Amazon) must follow the return policies of those respective retailers.
